National Agencies for renewable energies of the two countries, the National Agency for the Development of Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (ADEREE) for Morocco and Senegal National Agency for Renewable Energies (NARES), will commit on scientific, technical and technological cooperation.

The agreement will focus on five main areas of development:

- Cooperate and awareness of this issue

This agreement will also be the way to continue to promote South-South cooperation and energy independence of the two countries.
